Taste, service, atmosphere + cost performance are all the best karma. Before this house became more known, I had put off writing a review to go once more. Now that I have visited enough, I am posting this review. I hope that everyone who reads this article will come to this house and share the good experience I felt. I think the review will be quite long, so go to honorifics. It is a concept of traditional liquor, but it operates like a tachi-style izakaya with one large and wide table. There are around 10 seats. All guests and owners share a table. One of the very handsome and gentle bosses eats alone and sometimes pours a drink with the customers. Whenever you serve food, he briefly explains the ingredients and recommends a drink. -I didn't even dream of having a gourmet experience in such a quiet and small bar where every bite I eat.... Recommendation: Tang, yukhoe, sungchae dumplings It is possible to empty a bottle of liquor from the basic snack, Gungchae namul, and start cheap. We have prepared foods with unique recipes that stand out from the boss's sense of the western style. For example, with meat sashimi, make the texture of Kuri-sal (it tastes good by itself) with Jeolla-do style, and enjoy the flavor of Korean cuisine soul with sesame oil powder, a kind of molecular cuisine Grind it with a cheese grater (?), and finish with homemade melon pickles.. Each of the components in each menu is a wonderful and hearty dish in itself, and it is very enjoyable to appreciate the harmony of it. (Recommended: Omegiju, Nimome, Hansan Sogokju, Nokpaju) In fact, can the long tradition of sake be followed? I had the idea, but I was enlightened by the boss's food skills + extraordinary passion for traditional sake. All of the traditional liquors prepared in the karma have their own and excellent taste, and they are very kindly helpful so that you can easily feel the charms of various genres in traditional liquor. The pairing skills are also great, so you don't have to worry about looking at the menu because you ask what kind of dinner the guests have come from and recommend snacks and drinks that match. The liquor list is constantly being updated, so there are many drinks that are not on the menu. It is a great experience to try one by one after being recommended. Some days ago, the door was closed because he was sick, and I am very worried because it seems overwhelming to open the business alone. Please keep karma for a long time~~!
