Keep in mind that this is a love hotel. A place where couples usually come in for an hour or two. The place itself is rather dirty and the atmosphere can be explained as dark. We had large amounts of cash stolen from our suitcases in our room while outside. Hotel staff says ”it has never happened before” and refuses to help us. Obviously shady. Just don’t stay here.

If you are looking for a place to stay near jamsil area, very strongly would not recommend here. 1. Its actually a motel, they provide rooms for couples to come in and have sex 2. The street currently has construction going on, its very noisy in the morning and throughout the whole day 3. Surrounding has alot of chicken and beer restaurants, common to see drunk people around at night. Not very safe at night for ladies if you are travelling alone. 4. Have to change your room card everyday at the reception. Idk why 5. Heater was not working for 1-2 days while we were there. 6. Had a few bad encounters with one particular service staff that has rude tone. Most prominent was that he opened our room door while we were sleeping and told us to checkout. When we told him that our checkout is on the next day, he kept insisting on giving us 10 mins to pack up. Only after my friend shouted back at him then he went off to check, and didnt even close the room door when he left. Few mins later he called to say our checkout is tomorrow. It was a very unpleasant experience. Pros: 1. Very near the subway station, less than 5 mins walk 2. Many late night eateries nearby and walking distance to lotte mall 3. There is a convenience store right across the road. 4. Housekeeping was done really quick and neatly

Staff was friendly and nice. Room was good too. One of the towels was dirty and the comb was used... No iron either. I'm saying bad things but the place overall was really good.

Unbelievable bad place. Noisy, the "continental breakfast" is a laughing matter. A Croissant Sandwich and a Coffee. When you choose your room online and say what kind if room you have, they ignore it. When you complain, they dummy up and give u the room you have paid for. English is only spoken by one receptionist. There is always noise, and they discuss it ( in no english) in the middle of the night with you. Better stay away..

Hotel is near Montchongteosoon Subway- easy access to visit Lotte World, stroll in Olympic Park. Hotel serves free ice cream at the front desk and complimentary breakfast sandwich and coffee. They provide free toothbrush and shaving cream at the front desk. The bathroom is clean and have full toiletries, bidet toilet seat, and high pressured shower. They clean everyday. I stayed here in a Chinese floor style. From time to time, our key card acts up that I had to go downstairs and get it working. I would stay here again.
