We bought our sorento here. Just a quick heads up. Do alot of research first before buying as representative or agent doesnt know much. I mean its understandable since there are alot of models and I dont think they can possibly remember all the details. But buying perspective, they know what they are saying. only some technical matters which he didnt even noticed before like the bumper of my car is different from the one in the show room. I give 5 stars because I left my phone in one of the car in there and he offer it to bring home to our place. and initial problems I have like a small problem detail on my rim, he gladly assist me. Well its all good now. I guess its the same for all kia dealers but the agent there is very proffessional.

I don't know if you're a salesperson or a manager, but I didn't really want to buy a car. If you are familiar with the car and have made the decision, if you want to go to the nearest place and sign a contract, you can go.
