Greentea Swiss roll very dry seems like not fresh and mochi 🍡 6000krw expensive and not nice at all worst then Japan 7 eleven selling. Its famous and crowded with customer but totally not worth at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

Waited 20 min in line and ended up being completely ignored. The staff was serving only korean customers and not foreigners. Disappointed to say the least. Food is good, but customer service is to be improved.

It is the No.1 among Busan bakery. It's clean, affordable, tastes great, and the breads are very stylish. The staff are also very friendly and I am proud to have such a bakery in Busan. Not only in Busan, but compared to all the bakeries in Seoul, there is no bakery like this. I think it is one of the most proud foods representing Busan. It is a bakery that can be found in Suyeong-gu, Nam-gu, and Haeundae centering on Namcheon-dong. It would be great if I could see Ops Bakery in the western region in the future. The western mountain area is... the food is devastated, so there is really no place to eat properly... ㅠㅠ
