Covid19 made its place calm so so good.

Rooms were a bit dated, however the facilities were quite new especially the gym. Really impressed with the quality of the breakfast buffet lots of with lots of options to choose from. Hotel is located 5 mins next to the subway station.

1. Service was great. Kind and wonderful staffs with professionalism. (Especially, Ms Julie Park at the counter. Thank you.) 2. Room and other facilities, especially Sauna, fitness and swimming facilities were nice. 3. Very strategic and convenient transportation location. 4.Neighborhood with many delicious food restaurants around. 5. Free Busan City tour organized by Lotte Hotel Busan. Meaningful and valuable trip by dedicated tour guide staffs.

Hands down the best Hotel in Busan! Direct access to Lotte Department Store. Direct access to Seomyeon Underground Commercial Complex. Direct access to Seomyeon Subway Station. Spacious room with luxurious interior. It has in building casino (7 nights casino). If you love high fashion brand then you will love shopping at Lotte Department Store. High end fashion brands are scattered in this Department store. It has gourmet street, also supermarket in the Basement Area.
