There is a provincial library called Seonbi Library, so I like it because it is always quiet. The multimedia room is always busy. Printing is free, but you have to bring the paper. Tip is, the printing time is 30 minutes. So, you can sit on another PC (2 hours, extension is possible) and then print on the print PC.
