Daejeon World Cup Stadium

Still amazing place. Hopefully, has good memories for Korean. I just visited some day before, I can feel them. They are waiting for next one.

Every single Korean who experienced 2002 World Cup games should has fantastic memory for this stadium. The round of 16, KOR v ITA was held at here and Korea won at additional extra time by the glorious golden goal form Jung Hwan Ahn. After the event the venue has been used for home of Daejeon Citizen FC of K League Classic.

We are proud of Daejeon.

There was no shortage of free parking space.
