Terrible parking experience, this building outsourced parking facility operation to AJ who resides outside the building, hence handles parking issues remotely and very poorly

The Premium seating is a bit of a sham - the chairs are less comfortable than regular theater chairs and look more like stationary office chairs than anything else. There ARE little tables and desks in front of your seat and there is a lot of legroom, but putting drinks and popcorn there seems to obscure the screen. That said, it wasn't completely awful. Just not worth 20k.
