I liked the very friendly and clean athletic environment~ I personally like to use a personal mat, but I had enough space for two mats~ I think it will be more fun to exercise in the future due to the calm atmosphere of the facilities~^^

Yoga in front of Suwon Station where you can fly and practice various things! The instructor and staff are very friendly, and I know the training is really good ~ I was especially surprised that there were training on Saturday morning, but this was a great advantage. The amount of money is good and it is highly recommended if you check out the yoga garden near Suwon Station.

There are also a variety of Koseri Yoga programs, and there are classes until late in the evening, so it's good to exercise even if you don't have time.
