They kindly answered my question. HOWEVER, the location is in an unexpected building which is 10~15 min walk from the center of the train station and it's hard to understand. I think a tourist information center at the train station should be locating close from ticket office like most other popular cities in the world. I guess they don't get many visitors because I was the only one when I stepped in. And the other one on the other side of the station was closed and was simply guiding to this. You'd better not visit if your inquiry is achievable by simple web search.

If you are a foreigner, you must go. It is a place where you can get a lot of information. The advantage of traveling to Suwon is traffic, but it is very complicated and diverse. Please choose a good route.

Located in front of the Suwon Station exit 4. Near from the bus station going to the SUWON HWASEONG FORTRESS. You can get a free map and informations about the Suwon city. Located in the Suwon station of Suwon. Located in front of Exit 4. A historic city with Suwon Hwaseong Fortress listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
