It is operated by an unmanned parking system and operated by Eunpyeong-gu Facility Management Corporation, so parking is also cheap. There is an alley, so it is perfect for use as a parking lot. It is made up of 4 floors above ground, and there is also an electric vehicle charging station on the 4th floor. There is also a men's and women's toilet on the first floor.
