Since the disappearance of Shinchang-dong Kookmin Bank, all residents living in Unnam-dong, Singa-dong, Sinchang-dong, and Jangdeok-dong in Suwan-dong must only go here to view business at the Kookmin Bank counter. The population alone here exceeds 150,000. The default is 30 minutes, and you may have to wait 1 hour during busy times. As banking transactions are changing online, the position of reducing banks to reduce maintenance costs is not incomprehensible, but considering the part that still has to be done only at the counter, I am very disappointed with the unilateral way of instructing the company.
