While looking for a nearby gym, I started exercising at a place called Body Channel, but I think I chose it well. The atmosphere of the gym is good and the trainers are friendly ^^ There were many parts that I did not know about exercise, but they informed me carefully. There is a parking lot nearby and it is free for 2 hours, so there is no worry about parking and it is open 24 hours. Overall I like it! Best!

When I first went to the club, I think the best of all is the three free feet when purchasing a membership card, and the witty class of trainer teachers who realize the awkwardness of the first meeting with exercise equipment. I hung up twice for 3 months, but it is a payment that I never regret. The facilities are clean, and the current situation seems to be thorough, so I can enjoy a safe and healthy exercise life.
