It's quite useful as a Dunchi parking lot. It is convenient to use because it is close to Gangneung Jungang Market. You can park your car and sit on the steps of the Dunchi and look at the water of Namdaecheon, or cross a small bridge and look away.

The view is good because the parking lot is near the river and there are no high-rise buildings around it.
