Chanel is a well known brand for their products and customer service, but what bothered me when I want to take my lovely wife to the Chanel store in Shinsegae dept store in Busan was how were were treated along with other customers. They made us wait in line outside like some outcasts. Never go there again. Horible services from the sales lady. Never smile...
