The family water pool was closed for renovation. We didn't know that going there. The restaurant was also very limited and a little more expensive than we had hoped for. The room was nice except for the water pot and coffee cups being filthy.

Lovely hot springs within a hotel setting. Famed for its waters rather than its luxury settings. Try the scrub!

We had a lovely time! The staff speak English and were very accommodating even though we arrived without a reservation. The hot springs spa was quite luxurious and relaxing. The room (a traditional Korean family room) was small but had all of the niceties we could want and then some. The area is beautiful and the on site restaurant was delicious. Overall a great stay!
