The male employee who answers the phone is seriously unwilling to work, answering the phone with annoyance and hung up immediately. I wanted to be able to make people feel like this with one small action

The collection data is a little lacking, but it is a very short building, so it is clean and good. During the test period, there were many middle and high school students nearby, so the reading room filled quickly.
