I mainly buy basic bread. It's not sweet and it doesn't contain any preservative sugar, so it's great. Personally, I only enjoy the light and savory taste itself. I highly recommend it.^^

Whole wheat bread is good as a substitute for a light and rough meal. I like healthy bread. It's also good for constipation. Try it.
