Since my mother is elderly, communication is not easy, so when I usually go to the hospital, I have to go with my guardian, but as I work, my mother visited KAIST alone. By the way, the head of the dental clinic wrote an A4 paper to the guardians, wrote down information on the mother's condition and future countermeasures, and even filled out a medical treatment request form saying that you should go to the university hospital. Wouldn't this kind of care really help patients? This may be because there are many patients in general local clinics, but the reality is that there are not many people who care for patients like this. Whether the patient understands or doesn't understand, the caregiver came with me, or came alone, I think it's a patient situation. Thank you for taking this opportunity to Director of KAIST.
