Maybe it is a fine service center, but it's useless as a place to actually buy Samsung products. Want to buy some portable SSDs? First floor says go upstairs, second floor says go downstairs. They don’t know or don’t have products in stock.

The staff there are soo friendly and keep being nice. She explained sooo well and I could buy one with her all the details. I really appreciate her efforts and all of her kindness thanks !!

The store is large, there are many employees working, and the processing speed is fast, and the building itself is in excellent condition, making it a pleasant place. There is an experience center and a service center together, so let's take care of the repairs, and if you're bored, take a look at the products. With a lot of people, whatever I see, I won't be a prominent customer.
