Mike kept my bike for two weeks and didn't complete all of what was asked of him; he forgot even after reminding him a week into the service. Then arrogantly came up with an excuse of why he could not have done it anyway. Definitely will not be back - even if I have to drive to Seoul.

I’m thinking I just went to this place at the wrong time. He carries only 2 brands (mostly Chinese) and caters to the higher end spectrum of bicycle fanatics (Carbon road). If you’re looking for those commuters or hybrids don’t go here. He don’t got it, if he does, it’s not your size. Severely disappointed because a lot of accredited personnel vouched for this shop. He told me come back in two months. We will see.

Great store! They will work with you. They understand if you are serious or a recreational cyclist. I bought Trek Domane 2020, and I had a great experience.
