expect long wait just like any other authorized apple service centers in korea, almost right next to bus station so it is easy to find at least and they will take care your parking...

The wait time is substantial, even with only one or two people waiting. As for the service received, it was exceptionally top notch. They were very patient and professional in regard to the language barrier. I also received my warrantied item well ahead of schedule!

If you want to use your apple care, this is one of those places were you can however, must pay for the full repair and ask to be reimburse by Apple is just the way it works here.
