Pros: 1. BicycleHero had a hard-to-find part at a good price. Cons: 1. The order took a really long time to get to me in the USA -- more than a month. 2. The checkout system was really confusing, and I ended up making the same order twice. As soon as I figured out what happened -- within an hour -- I emailed BicycleHero's customer service to request that the second order be canceled. I got no response for several weeks. When I finally did get a response, it said that they had no record of my multiple orders -- which really did not inspire confidence. I sent them my records and, eventually, they did refund my mistaken second order. 3. At the same time, I asked for a shipping update on the first order, but didn't get one. Eventually, about four weeks after I ordered, I did get a notice that the part had shipped from California (not Korea) with a USPS tracking number. That was good, but the four weeks with no shipping information were pretty nerve-wracking. The communication is really, really bad.

Don't buy from. All the negative reviews are real. The vendor shipped the wrong item and never responded to numerous inquiries. Only after I raised and escalated a PayPal case, I was able to get my money back. I still had to pay for return shipping myself. Total waste of my time and money.

Great looking website, however either is a scam or this company is totally unorganized and a business train wreck. I have initiated a credit card claims dispute with my bank. We'll see what happens. UPDATE 8/1/2020: after initiating the dispute with my bank the Korean-based company replied and eventually sent all items that were on order. Prior to the dispute action from my bank the company did not send order update or reply to any email inquiries. Even the initial order confirmation email only had the amount that I paid and did not list the items that I had ordered. Very sketchy.
