Expensive poor quality service. Had to go back multiple times due to complications after spending a lot of money on the treatment. Head dentist seen in all the advertisements seems to lack empathy in my experience and also doesn't seem to take the "time" to really care for his patient as he basically just came to inspect and quickly left during my visits. After leaving the country they assured me there won't be any more problems. I had more difficulties once I left korea and they ignored my emails. I always wondered why they were so popular among foreigners and realized they spend a lot on advertising and "celebrity" photos. Who do you think is paying for all those expenses...?

The clinic was marvelous it honestly felt like a cafe which stripped my fear from seeing dentist altogether. The nurses and the staffs are really nice all the time and honestly it was the most pristine and luxurious looking clinic I've ever been to. I've visited multiple times and never have left disappointed. I've seen quite a lot of Chinese and Japanese and other foreign people coming in but the staffs were all so very capable in in accommodating international folks.

The staff here is very friendly!! I went here to get my implants looked at and the doctor and staff did a great job explaining things to me and making sure that I was comfortable. The previous dentist I went to put a hole in my lip and tried to cover it up. I had a really bad experience and a bit of anxiety left over but this staff did a wonderful job and I am glad that my friend recommended this clinic to me. I fly to Korea for all my dental work and I plan to make this place my permanent clinic!

I have gone to this dental clinic since 2014. Dr. Choi and staff have been very good to me. They do not recommend unnecessary treatments and explain things in detail. I have many experiences at different clinics and the staff here are very honest and straightforward. I recommend this place to everyone. The are always flexible and willing to work with my schedule.

The staff was wonderful and understanding, however the doctor was aloof and had horrible interpersonal skills. He avoided speaking to us and did not listen to our needs. He walked out randomly without notice and did not listen to our problem. Overall, because of the support staff, I will give them 3 stars. I was a little concerned with the amount of people in and out of the room during my appointment. A lot of people could be seen standing around and I was walked into and pushed twice during our visit but the main woman we dealt with was amazing! I highly recommend them when she is working. (Sorry, I don't have a name.)
