Always loved their products. While they are very expensive in Seoul, the customer service is excellent. Mr. Choi was very friendly and his after sales support is also very praise worthy. He did a house call to help set up with Deezer and checked in electronically a few times, if all was working well. We love our A9. The store is very spacious and well displayed. Trial of the products are done with no pretence and willingly unlike some other stores which give you "the look".
