Just 24 years ago, this station was Beolmal, the pure Korean language of Pyeongchon. However, after the new town of Pyeongchon was established, it was renamed Pyeongchon Station, which is a regret. Of course, Beolmal feels a little tacky, but it is regrettable that there are not too many stations using Korean. As of 2020, there are officetels such as I-Park Space in front of the station, and there is also an E-mart, which is convenient. Of course, it is more quiet than Beomgye Station, a hot place in the new town of Pyeongchon. good.
