As you enter, you are encouraged to drink some herbal tea to get your mind ready for the experience. Then you are sent to lie in an enzyme bath for 15-20 minutes. It is a truly unique experience. Your whole body is covered in warm herbal sawdust with 30 trillion microorganisms, which starts to feel hot pretty quickly. I am very sensitive so my feet started burning, but in a good way! Once you get passed the heat, the knots in your muscles start to melt. When this happened I drifted off to a very peaceful state of mind. After the enzyme bath (which was the highlight for me), the other steps include a massage in a premium massage chair, a lower body light treatment, a foot bath and paraffin wax hand treatment, followed by a visit to the sauna.
