Hotel Firenze

Ok good place

This hotel has ventilation problem. There is a burnt smell throughout the hotel from second to eighth floor. Smell is unbelievable and I can’t sleep as smell creeps into the guest room. I complained to hotel staff that there is a fire earlier - well, it’s a building exhaust issue I think, no fire. But they just shrugged off. If there is a real fire, you’d never know. Don’t stay here. I will never come back here.

Clean but oldfashioned rooms. 'whirlpool' in bathroom doesn't work. Staff decided not to serve breakfast one day altough i paid for a room with breakfast. Next day i found out that i didn't mis much. Staff doesn't speak English altough the big sign says 'Tourist Hotel'. When asking for information the guy at the desk honest to God shrugged at me.
