The only place to see a commercial flim in Gangneung.

A big shopping mall with a cinema. Foreign movies are shown with original sound and Korean subtitles. Pretty much same average concept as everywhere in the world popcorn (okay there are some crazy flavours), tacos, coke and movies

Every CGV have event. The last Wednesday you can buy ticket only 5000won. (5pm~9pm). Admission begin at 10 minutes before the movie starts.

Theater was like any lower cost place in the US. It was HOT inside though and the bathrooms were a 5 minute walk.
