Incheon Airport Haneul Garden

A perfect place to get airplane shot!

Decent enough spot for watching and photographing aircraft, especially the Cargo ones. Sadly has no food facilities close by, but other than that its a solid spot.

Great garden with flowers on land and airplanes in the sky. Free shuttle bus takes you there. Tell the driver you're going to Haneul Jeongwon(sky garden).

Nice spotting location at the edge of 33L and 33R runways. It features comfortable little tower for taking pics and peculiar landscape design. The only con: comprative difficulty of access. You can reach the spot either by car or rented bike (which is better since it has separated bicycle lanes). Walking from the nearest monorail station (Paradise City st., Exit-1) will take some time. Around 40 minutes in my case. The bus stop does exist, but I'm not sure about schedules and routes.
