Never again. The view is the best part, but the room was to hot and the bed to hard.

Amazing view of the lake but hotel rooms are very dated. Rooms and toilet badly needs renovation. We had to change to the Hill side hotel though because unfortunately we couldn't stomach the toilet of the room that was provided for us. We really wanted to stay in this hotel but, at that time, all the lake side view rooms were already preoccupied. So front desk staff offered to move us to the Hillside hotel instead. And it's not that far and view from the Hillside is still very nice. But I I had my way, I would have preferred to stay at the lake side. Maybe next time when they're renovated the rooms though. The lobby though seemed to have been renovated and even the coffee shop Cafe Edelia is new. The last time we visited, prior to this one, was back in 2017 and at that time there was a convenience store at the current coffee shop which for me is a very good upgrade coz it made the place more cozier rather than having a convenience shop at the main lobby. I mean, a hotel should never put a convenience shop at or near the lobby. Just so wrong in my opinion. But just now, the front desk gave us a fruit plate even though we've already transferred. Now talk about hospitality. So I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the Cheong Pung Resort Lake side front desk staff for their amazing hospitality 🤩

nice and relaxing but this is a whole lot of lake and no water things ie boat jet ski alot of wasted space the club in basement was ok bar not club
