Stupid crazy staffs are working for the animal section. They didn't give water and food properly to animals there and I complained about it with my friend at that time. Acutally several times so far but they never fixed and asked me to not to report to headquater. It seems like they are all friend so they enclose complains within the shop rather then reporting to the higher administation. The staff in charge was busy on her private phone call and got furious when I finally complained after i gave some water to rabbit by myself while waiting for her to finish up her coversation on phone with her friend. She was absolutely very rude. They said they don't feed rabbit much on purpose as it won't be sold if they grow up fast. Once again, there was no water and food at all and poor rabbits there were constantly licking the empty water bottle and food. I saw it so many times over years. LOTTE keeps saying it is animal welfare blah blah blah but it is not true. They reallly don't care. I used to visit there very often as it is located just in front of my house but I don't go there anymore. Not just because of that part but also food quality is really bad compare to the bigger songcheon branch. It has been like that for long time. Vegetables and fruits and meat don't look fresh at all and it seems like they display left overs from other branch. I never go there anymore. Disgusting people and not fresh food and poor management.

Good for shopping

Lotte Super is suitable for Lotte Super. If you go a little further, there is a bigger Lotte Mart, so the power is shrinking. The parking lot is wide

Lotte should be boycotted .. but it's too sad to disappear.
