One of the best places in the world that you can visit, if you believe in universal energies, and meditation. For normal people its just ruins, but for a person who is awake from mind, i assure you, its a paradise

Another famous and very important archeological site. You have to drive few miles off the main road. But it is a good drive. Through very rural area. You have to climb the ritigala hill for sighting and it is 100% worth. Any tourist must visit here.

This place yet to reveal a hidden story about the history of Sri Lanka. The technology used to built monastery in this location, specifically the boulders and stone based constructions are unexplained. Different vegetation types and completely strange ecosystem from the dry zone is added another mystical flavor to this location
