Very Poor service, They don't even talk properly to their customers

Most worst pvt Hospital experience ever had in life. My mother transferred from Suwasewana hospital to here as per the instruction of consultant to complete 5xdays Injection course.They charged 4K under laundry serv. and changed only bed sheet once.Nurse done only 2xinjectings/day and charged 4K per day.Room standard equal to gvt.rest houses but chrged 5k/day.It is shameless to see no authority involving to control standard or price/rates in here. don't waste your time!! Go for Suwasewana or Asri hospitals to get what you are paying for.

I admited my wife for our first child delivery. They have fogotten to inform to VOG. Then Dilevery was posponed because it was a cesarean. How was it an immidiate case ? See how careless they are. That was a very serious mistake that I don't accept from professional health care provider. I will never choose this place for any kind of health care requirment in my lifetime.
