Very efficient staff. They don't waste your time and the processing is methodical. People are taken in batches for each section. so no long lines. Except for the security guard who took a couple of known people to the front of the line the other staff are very professional. Other departments could learn from them. They should have a chart outside though with information on which desk to go depending on the requirement, the security only guided some people after they were in the wrong queue for some time.
