I went to Medi help matugama from Kalutara to get an extray.Approximately 10.am i went to there on 25th november 2020.Reception gave number 11 and it mention on my doctor recipt.Officialy they did not give any number torken for me.I waited till my time.but others are going and my time didnot arrive.its 11 oclok now.i asked from my nearest patient what is the number going on.but they said no number we are going to sitting order or arrival order.There is no one to chevk it and some patient are coming with 3 or 4 family members without considering covid 19 situaations.no one guide any one and nurses are chatting and wasting time.So this type of organization has bad image because of this.
