I and my wife spent 10 days in Sri Lanka on a tour booked through and planned by Tourbirds. The entire experience of booking the tour, planning the itinerary and then conduct of it was exemplary. This being our first trip to the Country, our initial apprehensions were laid to rest the very first day and after that we had the most amazing time. The itinerary was flexible to a point, the vehicle provided for our tour extremely comfortable and the guide a great help in suggesting stops and changes wherever we needed to make one. Thanks to our contact at Tourbirds; Mash deserves a big thumbs up as does our driver and guide; Safri. We would love to use Tourbirds for our next visit to Sri Lanka whenever we plan it.

We four people ( two couples),age from 60 to 70 travelled to srilanka from 2nd march to 11th march 2020. We had excellant experience with tour bird in all respect during our tour. Very good pre tour respoance Good hotel to our requirement Excellent vehical with very friendly and helping driver. He acted as our tour guide also. We could climb pedurangala rock at this age only because he accompanied us upto top and helped us reach top. He was always ready with vehical on time for site seeing ( even at 5.30am in morning for few days).He made excellant arrangements for our Yala national park jeep safari. Helpd us in all respects. Our trip to Srilanka to celebrate our 1st anniversary was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to Tour birds Mr. Mashoor and our Driver cum big brother Mr. Ahmed. First time we used TourBirds and we decided to book another tour with them this year as they are very professional and have good services. Would highly recommend to ask for Mr. Ahmed, as he know a lot about the country and its hidden gems. He was great gentleman, accurate, polite and nice, very experienced driver and we felt very safe with him, he arranged for us everything on the way that we wanted from basic Indian tea to pure Gem stone. Maybe I would love that he was more friendly and gave us more info on Sri Lanka history, lifestyle and many more. As he was a localite, we had someone to reach if anything required Our travel agent Mr. Mashoor provided personalized service, making our trip memorable and also went out of his way to get things arranged on our request. He also met us by specifically coming to our place which is really commendable.. For the accuracy and trouble free travel plan with great hotels, comfortable and with reliable driver - I would recommend TourBirds to everyone and would use them again if there would be a chance!
