best branch in jaffna.... very good service....

Worst in Customer Service. 1. Security officers doing the Customer services(deposits,Inquiring etc) & the lazy banking idiots just observing without doing anything. 2.keeping Close the whole 3 cash counters for the lunch time.(for an individual it may be the lunch time but the services have to be provided without interruption) 3. Misleading the customer to somewhere for the services which were should done by them.

Fast service and friendly staff. At times, expect to be busy, however it’s get cleared quickly. Their online account management is great...

Clean and convenient branch. Expect busy at times, but proactive staff. Sampathvishwa their online banking management is great. Most of the staff and the assistant manager Ms Jayanthini is great and she is very friendly. If any issues feel free to talk to the manager.

Been there to open an account, and told to sit down, however the staff was busy doing something else, multiple tasks. Took almost an hour and 30 minutes just to open a savings account.
