Best place to enjoy with friends.. Had a great time....food was delicious..

Great place to come and relax. You have to bring your provisions. Breakfast is included in the deal. Caretaker cum cook is also friendly and can cooks some.good stuff. The rooms are comfortable, double room bathroom had an issue with drain smell, hope it will be sorted out. Tv, radio, dvd player, swimming pool, nice garden pets allowed. Bbq is broken so cool.on the grill in kitchen on stove. Wonderful breeze throughout most of the day so make sure to have all the windows open.

Very Spacious nicely maintained place for a getaway..1.5 hrs away from Colombo .perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends . Caretaker is a super friendly person who will be there for you around the clock with a big smile. Highly recommended .

Homely place with a pool, friendly caretaker/cook, good facilities

Super awesome place to have your relaxing weekend with your friends or family. Place was well maintained and caretaker was very friendly and helpful. You can bring your own food ask them to cook. My only concern is the road, but yes they were renovating these days we were there. Make sure use Yakpiya road instead of follow the route suggested by google map. 😉 Finally I would say we had an awesome time at tea breeze estate bungalow. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure.
