Nice place to go with family. Beautiful nature surrounding. They have tried to maintain the original natural environment with less modifications.

Was disappointed as the place did not live up to the photos. The pool experience is decent and the food was decent as well, however the rooms were below par for the price with broken TVs and air conditioners. Despite being an eco friendly resort there's nothing eco friendly about this place and it does not offer much of an experience relating to nature. The site mentions that people can cycle through the tea fields yet when we asked they told we can cycle around the small ground are served as a parking lot. Overall, only reason I gave 2 starts is the food and the pool, otherwise would be an overpriced below par resort

Very disappointed..... I went all the way from Colombo just seeing the photos and reviews. Poor customer service..... buffet had only rice, chicken, chopsy and dhal... i felt like did I came all the way to here just to eat this... we didn't even had evening tea at least.... just came home..... I have no idea about the people who have given good review....

Its not suitable for family visit. Because I found two ticks on bed sheets and on milk bottle of my 10 months old baby. Also there was a mice in the wash room and the potions of the meal and variations were not satisfied. So far the worst experience in my life, normally I do not leave this kind of review for any services providers, but in this situation me and my family members and my travel bbuddies are really dissapointed. Shame on you for providing such of lack service.😞😞😞
