Do not keep your expectations high if you are heading to this place as everything in this place provides nothing but a bad experience.while it’s understandable that Covid has made a fatal blow to the spine of the tourism and hospitality section, that shouldn’t be an excuse when it comes to the bad customer service and not being able to provide what’s required by the customers.as a group we wanted to have a BBQ party and the place was hit by lightning and the power was out for 4-5 hours.they said the backup generator is also broken and we had to do the BBQ in dark with couple of candles and the majority was burnt like charcoal due to limited visibility.and the electricity line was all over the place where we couldn’t charge anything.No WiFi was provided and when asked the reply was it’s out until next week.if you cannot provide what’s mentioned on the advertisement please have the courtesy to atleast mention while we are asking the details of the place prior the booking is made.at the end of the day this place fell well short of what was promised vs provided.if you want to be disappointed in basically everything, this is the place for sure.like a lady has mentioned above, this is pure scam.

The Resort was artistic place, Excellent customer service, Food is also excellent and well served, Pool area is wonderful and excellent view...

Very bad service...no wifi.. no back up power source ..no hot water...🤦🤦🤦🤦

Not recommending to anyone, stealing foods, bad food serving, such low customer service, thug type owner, no electricity, no air conditioning, no wifi, no power generators on site, hidden service fees of 20%. Dont waste your time and money on this scam!

Situated in the suburbs of colombo. Takes around 1hr 30 from colombo to reach. Covered in nature. Two pools. One is 2ft and other 4-5ft. There is a tree house like structure built on concrete pillers. But still it is beautiful. Prices are in the high side for meals and bites. Better take your meal with you. Service is normal. Clean but not so well. Average experience. But the pool location is close to nature and a lot of greenery. There is a small water stream going behind the property .
