Nature Lovers' Resort

Location and pool are really good in Nature Lovers Resort,❤️but with a poor customer service.They don’t respect and care their customers.There were lots of distractions happened to us when we were having our time.There was a one particular gentleman, I think he is the in charge of pool area,he used come and tell like over and over again to plat our hair....in sinhala "මිස් කොණ්ඩේ බැද ගන්නව ද? ",it happened around 5-6times at the end it became so annoying 🤦‍♀️(note we have been to many hotels but none of them told to us to plat our hair like that,this is my first/hopefully last experience in platting my hair at pool ).Also he came and told that the buffet is going to be closed at 2Pm,when they have mentioned it as 3pm.It was like going to a school more than enjoying our time.All of us are so disappointed about their customer service.If you visit there make sure that you get a fantastic pool experience with an amazing view but not a good customer service 🙏

We tried this place based on all the good reviews but turns out it was just about the view. The pool was lovely with a beautiful view, the place is spacious but the buffet is not worth the price at all. The staff was very disrespectful, specially the manager or the supervisor in the restaurant who did not know how to talk to the customers. Hope they adjust these and provide the people something worth it for the price they charge.

Turns out it was just about the view, A person who explains about the place when you first came to the so-called resort, like this -“we have the largest swimming pool in Sri Lanka on the height place and arches of property ” tells you about a bunch of their rules and standards. The thing is they are not up to the standards or near them, I do not recommend this place at all it’s a waste of money. what you call it nature resort, hotel or restaurant whatever it is sad for a such a beautiful place.

One of the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel🤮. The location is hardly reachable due to the terrible road conditions. The foods’ price were not reasonable for the rate of the package. Also card payments are not acceptable. The person that supervise didn’t know how to talk to clients and he start arguing with us when we were ask to take our lunch outside. also there is no proper cooling system for the lunch hall. Overall experience was unpleasant and cannot recommend to an another person

If I start with the road, the road leading to the place is quite bad. If anyone going do not use the road shown in google maps try to use the road to the ferentino tyre factory then there is a road from there, in some places that road is also narrow but it is quite good compared the road shown in google maps. After reaching there then you need to go another 800m in a steep cliff. There is breath taking view from the pool that is the only happiness you gain reaching there. Food is not so good and it is not worth for the amount you pay. Service was quite good for us
