Waste almost one and half hours just to do clear a doment account and proceed a withdrawel. Very disorganized government organization. This was experienced in Kadawatha branch. Really dissapointing

Even though the bank vision is to go to Next Generation, I don't think they can do it with these type of Staff who is still working with a mind set of Ancient Ideas. Had the worst experience with this Branch today. If you have free time to spend hours, you may get in to this Branch. I don't recommend this Branch to any one.

Government owned bank but provide excellent service. No other bank provide the facility for self banking like people's bank.
