Had a very bad experience here. I bought 112 pcs of gutter hooks and some other items. But when the fixing was in the process it was observed that only 72 hooks have been issued to me after billing for 112pcs. When I complained about this to the shop they said they need to check the CCTV and when I requested to check CCTV they said that the recordings are only available for 7-8 days, and they have nothing to do with it. So I had yo buy another 40pcs to fulfill my requirement. These 40pcs were put into a large bag and if they have issued me all the hooks at the first time I would have received almost 3 bags of the same size, but they have only given me a bag which is a bit bigger. They never accepted their fault and was not even thinking to find what happened. Never recommend this shop. Really disappointed.
