Worst bank I have ever visited. Poor customer service in Credit, loan sections. When i went to submit some documents for my personal loan, I was asked to come on a later day as the officers were tied up with internal audits. I gave up aftrr this incident. I have given up HNB.

One of the best bank in sri-lanka here is branch of gampaha have parking area and ATM machine etc.
