We arranged a tour of Sri Lanka and, "Self Holidays" was highly recommended to us by a few people here in Australia. Well, right from start, the booking process was very easy, as was all Self Holidays recommendations in accommodations and sight seeing. We made a few changes to the itinerary due to our personal interests, and this was gladly done without question. When we arrived, the driver Rizlan was there at the airport gate, huge smile and we immediately felt at ease. The Schedule and suggestions were discussed with Rizlan as we drove from the airport, towards our first accommodation. and wow, this company just knew what our needs were, and these were certainly met. What an amazing start to our vacation and Jaufer - from Self Holiday certainly new how to please his clients. Rizlan arrived the next morning, bright and cheery and as we traveled along, would point out different sights and what our day would entail. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable and set up to suit our needs and comforts. Every accommodation was perfect and only got better as our vacation progressed, until the second last hotel, which the room was not to my liking... but in true "Self Holdiday" fashion, our room was changed and we ended up in the Presidential Suite... Treated like VIP's. nothing was too much trouble, nothing was a bother, everything was done quickly, and efficiently, ensuring the least concern or worry from us - the clients. Self Holidays, Jaufer, and his team are very professional, caring, efficient and cater to your every whim. Rizlan was the Perfect Driver, Guide and eventually friend, yet, we were always in touch with Jaufer and the Self Holiday Team, ensuring that our vacation was the most amazing vacation that Sri Lanka had to offer.
