Softlogic Homagama Showroom

I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. They cheat customers. Recently I bought a double door refrigerator from them, after making the full payment they sent us the refrigerator which was displayed in the showroom, which was with significant scratches & damages. When I inquired the staff denied sending the display refrigerator. But the very next day I visited the showroom and got the confirmation that they have sent the display refrigerator. After arguing with the branch manager, they agreed to return my money and send a team to pick up the refrigerator but after two days they informed that they are going to charge for the box of the refrigerator (which was intentionally damaged by the initial delivery crew). By this time I had lost all trust in this establishment, I complained the incident to one of the senior directors of Soft Logic. Thanks to directors involvement the branch refunded my full amount and took away the refrigerator in two days. I wrote this lengthy review just to share my bad experience with this outlet, so that any customer would have a clear idea about the outlet and the staff malpractices. I hope Soft Logic management will conduct a investigation and iron out the malpractices with this outlet.

I went many places to a refrigerator, but non of came and explained about the product except this show room. The only place where I received detailed explanations about warranty, service and other.

Brought several devices from them. Staff is super friendly and they are really helpful when it comes to finding and comparing products to buy. There's good parking and they have a good warrenty. Highly recommend if your planning to buy electronic devices

Pathetic customer care. They are all nice till you pay. After that they are like do what you want we don't care. Even when it's 100% their fault. Never trust staff at softlogic homagama.

Decent selection of electronics. Helpful staff until you buy their products. Their after sales service is pathetic. I bought a Samsung fridge an year ago. It broke twice within the warranty period. First time it took one month to repair. It broke again. It has been 4 months without a resolution. They charge Rs 2000 twice for technician visits during warranty period. They didn't offer a replacement during repair period. I escalated this issue to their CEO but no resolution yet. I do not recommend their products.
