Very polite and professional approach happy to see that. Above was my first Impression. But in reality very unprofessional delayed my delivery and no proper timely information was given. Even at delivery Vehicle was not perfect as to be brand new and not ready to be driven on the road. Being Srilankan and supporting a Srilankan company Micro should improve their professionalism.

It is the regional branch of Micro cars headquartered in Kelaniya. Hence, all the vehicles cannot be seen here because they keep only the vehicles brought only on orders. But situated in a very nice place, at a junction where the vehicles can be seen easily from the road.

Response is quick. If you are in a hurry, you can even request them to open the showroom on Sunday also. Test drive also possible. But the delivery time is not acceptable.

Staffs were friendly however after sales service needs to be improved significantly.
