If you want to experience local cousine, definitely visit this place. It is a small, cozy, family based restaurant. We ordered chicken Devilled, served with huge amount of rice. It was very tasty! Also given quite low prices compared to other restaurants. Waited one hour for the food to be served.

Review for lunch only. Don’t let the lack of decor fool you, these ladies can cook. Got the mixed curry rice set with chicken and mixed fruit juice. The juice is mixed from pure fruits, as it was thick and not pumped with water. The curries were great. The chicken was juicy and flavorful to the core. In my 2 weeks in Sri Lanka it’s my first time having the chicken with this combination of spices. The other dishes include string beans, manioc, gotukola, all good. Everything was made fresh (probably), because I was the only customer and still had to wait 20 minutes. Still, if slow service is annoying but it’s much cheaper than the surrounding restaurants. All this for 800 rupees!

We are very very recommended! Kind people, Tasty food, great atmosphere. We enjoy this place also because of people who own it, very easygoing and soul:) It feels like home! Loyal prices :)
