Single Fin Cafe by When in Weligama

It's a hotel/restaurant. Currently there are 6 rooms on the ground floor and more will be made later. The kitchen is self cook and also a restaurant. We ate at the restaurant: The staff messed up our orders. Like instead of tea they gave coffee twice. We had ordered everything from the menu though.
